Applicants should possess a relevant engineering degree and NEBOSH certifications along with at least 5 years of HSE experience. The role involves monitoring high-risk activities, conducting toolbox talks, and maintaining HSE records. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international HSE standards.
• Familiarity with ISO and HSE reporting tools.

Job description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site HSE inspections and report findings in Active Bilfinger reporting systems Ensure compliance with Bilfinger HSE Plan Risk Assessments MSRA TBRA PTW and LOTO procedures Monitor highrisk activities including excavation lifting operations working at height confined spaces and hot works Identify unsafe acts conditions and initiate Stop Work Authority SWA when required Support incident nearmiss reporting investigations and corrective actions Verify availability and correct use of PPE and safety equipment Participate in toolbox talks safety briefings and HSE inductions Coordinate with project teams supervisors and subcontractors on HSE matters Ensure site compliance with client HSE requirements and UAE legal regulations OSH ADOSH where applicable Maintain proper HSE records inspection checklists and reports

Qualifications

Experience Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering Safety or related field NEBOSH IGC Mandatory NEBOSH Diploma is an advantage Minimum 35 years of HSE experience in construction infrastructure utilities or industrial projects Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations ADOSHSF and international HSE standards Familiarity with ISO ISO frameworks Skills Competencies Strong site inspection and hazard identification skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Proficient in MS Office experience with HSE reporting tools is an advantage Valid UAE driving license preferred
