Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives.
