  • Align performance management with business goals, implement training programs, and support talent management while providing strategic workforce planning and change management.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, performance appraisal, and HR compliance while ensuring effective communication and organizational support for a motivated workforce.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, develop client relationships, utilize sourcing platforms, and achieve hiring targets with strong communication skills.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, coordinate hiring, ensure HR compliance, manage payroll, and maintain employee records for a positive work environment.
  • Assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, support payroll, ensure compliance with labor laws, and coordinate training activities for Human Resources.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment, provide employee support, and conduct training while ensuring compliance with local laws.
