Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an HR Generalist to lead onboarding efforts, foster an engaging workplace, and support learning initiatives and performance management. You will tailor programs to boost employee growth and alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or related field, with 2–3 years of fast-paced HR experience, and HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.
