The HR Business Partner will be partnering with leaders to drive business performance through effective people management within the Real Estate portfolio. This role ensures our talent, organisational structure, capabilities, and culture enable and accelerate business success and translate the business strategy into actionable people initiatives, delivering commercial outcomes while building a high‑performing, engaged workforce aligned to our growth objectives. The HRBP partners with Group HR and Divisional HR teams to ensure that Group frameworks, best practices, and HR initiatives are effectively implemented within Real Estate. The role ensures full compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and governance standards, and provides practical, well‑judged solutions to complex people matters while professionally representing HR with all stakeholders.
