Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong administrative expertise and hands‑on experience in UAE government portals? We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Coordinator to support our growing organization and ensure smooth HR & administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle MOHRE portals, work permits, visa applications, ICAD, airport passes, and related government processes
  • Manage employee onboarding formalities, documentation, and personal files
  • Coordinate medical health appointments and screenings
  • Screen CVs and support recruitment activities
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems accurately
  • Ensure proper employee filing and document control
  • Manage and renew company licenses and registrations
  • Work on UAE digital platforms including UAE PASS, TAMM, and ADGM Portal
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR & Admin Coordinator or similar role in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor processes and government portals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
