A leading HR services provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative operations. The successful candidate will develop HR strategies, lead talent acquisition, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications

• 8-10 years HR & Admin experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance and employee relations.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
• Manage compensation, benefits and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS systems reporting and data integrity.
• Supervise administrative functions including office leases and permits.
• Liaise with government bodies and service providers.
• Provide regional HR/admin support and ensure process consistency.
