Job Description
Accommodation Management
  • Ensure staff accommodation security and adherence to policy.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and asset integrity.
  • Supervise external contractors and staff allocation.
Administration, Maintenance & Security
  • Record keeping and room allocation.
  • Equipment and amenity provision.
  • Liaison with contractors for maintenance.
  • Ensuring security protocols and emergency procedures.
Cleanliness & Inventory
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Manage linen inventory and room inspections.
General Responsibilities
  • Uphold company standards and promote positive relations.
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to rules and regulations, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  • To ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
Occasional Responsibilities
  • Assist in Activities and Events.
  • Assist in training and development.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry Preferred
  • Ability to handle Cultural and Diverse Workforce
  • Support with Events and Ell Being Activities
  • Event organizing is an asset
