Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor / Shift Leader for 5 Star Hotel, preferably Resort in UAE.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Strong admin and IT skills for reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire housekeeping team in their work.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public and back areas.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
• Train the team on skill development and SOPs.
