Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Administrative role in a 5 star hotel.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Organize Daily incoming Correspondence and respond as appropriate.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and documents.
  • Receive and screen all incoming telephone calls.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
