Job summary

Hilton Ras-al-Khaimah is seeking an IT Supervisor/IT Manager to support daily operations of hotel IT systems, office networks, LAN, and hotel telephony. You will provide frontline user support, log and troubleshoot issues, propose system upgrades, and coordinate with the resort Business Center Group to resolve guest IT requests.

This role requires hospitality IT experience, strong Microsoft skills, and familiarity with Fidelio and Micros applications.

Qualifications

• Previous IT experience in a hotel, leisure, or service setting.
• Experience with all Microsoft systems.
• Familiarity with Fidelio and Micros hotel software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for hotel IT systems, office networks, LAN, and telephony.
• Log, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as needed.
• Recommend system upgrades and improvements.
