Job summary

Th8 Palm Dubai is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to oversee the resort's IT operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency of systems, networks, and applications critical to hospitality services.

You will lead IT projects, coordinate with vendors, support guest services and hotel operations, manage IT staff, and ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices to deliver reliable technology for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing IT operations in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of IT security, governance and incident response.
• Experience coordinating IT projects with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and services.
• Maintain hotel management systems and server environments.
• Provide guest and staff IT support and resolve issues.
