You will coordinate projects, work with vendors, and help implement IT standards, contingency plans, and cost-saving initiatives while mentoring IT Butlers and supporting multi-cultural teams in a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely IT support to guests and departments, ensuring 100% availability.
• Manage and troubleshoot Opera, MICROS, and Windows systems and networks.
• Coordinate and manage IT projects with vendors and staff.
• Supervise IT Butlers and ensure on-time completion of tasks.
• Contribute to cost-saving and revenue-generating IT initiatives.
• Implement and communicate IT standards and best practices across the business.
• Prepare contingency plans and coordinate regular testing.
• Support all IT-related issues across the company.
