Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the Hospitality/Service Industry preferred.
• Computer Knowledge, well versed with windows, internet explorer, and word.
• Possess knowledge of PBX and Voicemail system.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks on the Officer Shift Checklist and follow up on incidents.
• Report equipment defects to relevant vendors.
• Handle follow-ups from the previous shift.

Skills

Good spoken and written English

Able to read and speak Arabic

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Property Management System

Computer knowledge
