Job Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Seat guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth flow of the service.
• Monitor table occupancy and keep track of reservations to optimize seating capacity.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the waiting list.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as needed.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials and promotions.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the entrance area and dining room.
