Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple cluster properties in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers and HR teams, and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in recruitment, strong knowledge of ATS and labor laws, and fluent English; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Hospitality or multi-property/cluster environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to fill cluster-wide vacancies.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases with accuracy.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout.
• Support employer branding and onboarding efforts.
• Monitor hiring trends and drive process improvements.
