Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple cluster properties in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers and HR teams, and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in recruitment, strong knowledge of ATS and labor laws, and fluent English; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• Hospitality or multi-property/cluster environment preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across multiple cluster properties within a fast-paced hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment support while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to attract and hire top talent.

This role requires someone who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-moving environment, can manage multiple priorities with flexibility, and is confident working under pressure while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for cluster-wide vacancies
• Maintain and update ATS/recruitment databases with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and help maintain a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and new hire integration
• Monitor recruitment trends and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
• Previous experience in hospitality or a corporate multi-property/cluster environment is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software
• Sound understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
