Confidential Careers in Dubai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across hospitality operations and corporate functions. You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screen and interview, manage ATS, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

UAE-based hospitality recruitment experience is required, with English fluency as a must and additional languages as a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition in hospitality or similar environment.
• Experience recruiting across both operational and corporate hospitality roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening.
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Manage multiple vacancies across operational and corporate functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
• Manage recruitment records, candidate information, and ATS updates accurately
• Support recruitment for new openings, seasonal hiring, and ongoing operational requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant hospitality talent in the market
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives when required
