Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dubai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across hospitality operations and corporate functions. You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screen and interview, manage ATS, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

UAE-based hospitality recruitment experience is required, with English fluency as a must and additional languages as a plus.

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant hospitality talent in the market
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives when required

• Manage multiple vacancies across operational and corporate functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a hotel, restaurant group, hospitality company, or similar environment
• Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role within hospitality is strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting across both operational and corporate hospitality positions
• Sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
• Good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE-based candidates with local hospitality recruitment experience are required
