Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a leading real estate organization in Dubai. You will coordinate across sales, corporate, and operations, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

You will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard top talent while partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain an active talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within real estate or property sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, ATS, and interview best practices.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and attracting top talent across sales, corporate, and operational functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience hiring within the real estate sector, which will align successfully in the organization.

About the Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract high-quality talent through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and headhunting techniques.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales, leasing, property management, facilities management, and corporate support roles.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and interview best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for real estate sales consultants, leasing consultants, brokers, property managers, and corporate functions.
• Strong networking, headhunting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UAE labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
