Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai are seeking a Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across two luxury brands. You’ll manage end-to-end processes, build strong talent pipelines, and support pre-opening hiring while partnering with leaders to meet workforce needs in a dynamic market.

You will oversee lifecycle recruitment, drive candidate experience, and ensure alignment with local regulations and brand standards for two distinct properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience with hotel pre-opening recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
• Skilled in sourcing, interviewing and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across both properties.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support high-volume and pre-opening recruitment activities.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Track recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with UAE labour standards and company policies.
