Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking an Executive – Talent Acquisition to attract and hire great talent across the business.

This role partners with hiring managers, builds candidate relationships, and manages end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, based in Dubai, you’ll work with stakeholders across diverse portfolio segments and contribute to a seamless hiring experience while supporting improvements to recruitment processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and modern recruitment tools.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
