Job summary

Tanqeeb is recruiting a mid-senior Recruitment Specialist to lead high-volume, end-to-end hiring for guest-facing roles across Abu Dhabi and other Emirates. You will source, screen, interview and hand over candidates, track KPI metrics, and partner with operations to meet staffing needs in hospitality, airlines or cruise liner segments.

On-site drives, travel across UAE, and UAE labour compliance are required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of pure Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Mandatory recruitment experience in Hospitality, Airlines or Cruise Liners.
• Generalist HR background not considered.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong experience with major recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Willingness to travel across UAE for recruitment drives.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates from a generalist HR background will not be considered
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Strong experience with Linked In Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, Gulf Talent, Naukri or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Willingness to travel across UAE for recruitment drives
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• UAE driving license is preferred
