Job summary

Independent Food Company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and corporate functions. You will support mass hiring for new stores, open day events, and urgent vacancies, while maintaining dashboards and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Lead.

You will travel across sites to manage on-ground hiring events, coordinate with operations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, hospitality/FOH exposure
• English fluency required; Arabic a plus, MS Office and ATS proficiency

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment cycle for F&B and corporate roles across levels.
• Support mass recruitment campaigns for store openings and seasonal peaks.
• Manage day-to-day recruitment activities to meet SLAs and time-to-fill targets.
• Plan and run open day recruitment events and walk-in interview drives.
• Develop creative sourcing ideas (social media, employer branding) to build a hospitality talent pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
• Support TA Lead on projects, branding initiatives and process improvements.
• Travel to sites, stores and restaurants to support on-ground hiring events and coordination.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring hospitality/F&B roles.
