The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, solid communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The role involves managing hotel accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance. A Bachelor's degree and a valid UAE Driving License are preferred. Qualifications

• Prior sales experience dealing with hotels (food or non-food background).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow hotel accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify new hotel business opportunities and generate new leads.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with hotel clients.
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
