- Manage bookings, inquiries, modifications, and cancellations via OTA platforms.
- Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism.
- Monitor property availability and pricing updates to optimize occupancy.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate booking records in the PMS and ensure data consistency.
- Communicate reservation details clearly to all relevant departments.
- Contribute to positive guest experiences through proactive service.
