Job summary

Neatly in Dubai is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant / Guest Relations Coordinator to support holiday homes and short-term rentals. You will manage guest communications and reservations across Airbnb and Booking.com, handling bookings from inquiry to check-out.

This role requires independence, Dubai holiday-home operations knowledge, and strong English; evenings/weekends availability and ability to manage multiple properties and conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience as VA for holiday homes / short-term rentals (required).
• Experience handling guests and properties in Dubai preferred.
• Hands-on Airbnb and Booking.com experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service and problem solving.
• Able to handle several properties and conversations at once.
• Works independently and takes ownership of guest issues.
• Flexible for evenings and weekends when needed.
• Knowledge of UAE / Dubai holiday-home operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication on Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Reply to enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, changes, cancellations and special requests.
• Send pre-arrival, check-in and check-out instructions.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and operations teams.
• Resolve guest complaints; escalate urgent maintenance or operational issues.
• Monitor bookings and property calendars.
• Follow up with guests and support reviews.
• Keep guest and reservation records accurate.
• Work in property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable or similar.
