Job summary

Elegant Escapes, LLC. in Dubai is seeking a friendly, organized guest services professional to deliver unforgettable stay experiences in our fast-paced short-term rental portfolio.

You will handle guest communications from pre-arrival through check-in and check-out, ensuring flawless readiness by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Inspect apartments at every check-in and check-out for long- and short-term stays, and drive high service standards to secure glowing guest reviews

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on UAE holiday homes or short-term rental experience.
• Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com extranets.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (essential).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Basic maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities
