Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
• Provide guests with information on rooms, rates, availability and services.
• Create, modify and cancel reservations accurately in the booking system.
• Confirm booking details and relay information to guests.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments for arrivals and special requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
• Assist with group bookings, corporate reservations, and special occasions when required.
• Follow up on pending reservations to ensure information is complete.
• Address guest concerns related to bookings and coordinate solutions.
