Holiday Island Tours & Travel LLC in Dubai invites applications for a Customer Service Representative / Reservations Agent. The role involves handling bookings and travel arrangements, with knowledge of computer reservations systems and major GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo and Pegasus. Fluent in English is required.

1–2 years of experience in bookings or holiday packages in the tourism industry is preferred; ticketing certification is a plus. UAE residency is required.

Competenze

• Fluent in English.
• 1–2 years of experience in bookings tickets and holiday packages in tours & travels OR tourism industry.
• Ticketing certification is an added advantage.
