Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Arabic-speaking Reservations Agent to handle accommodation bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and process reservations with luxury service and accuracy. You will upsell rooms and services, liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management, and ensure precise guest profiles in the PMS while delivering exceptional English and Arabic communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Reservations or Front Office, luxury hotel preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with PMS/CRS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via telephone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding room categories, rates, packages, promotions, facilities, services, and hotel offerings to prospective guests.
• Process, modify, and cancel reservations with accuracy of guest profiles and booking details.
• Deliver personalized service in both Arabic and English, assisting guests with inquiries and special requests.
• Maximize room revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of available room categories, packages, and hotel services.
• Maintain knowledge of accommodation offerings, promotions, policies, and guest experiences to provide informed recommendations.
• Liaise with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments for seamless reservations and guest requirements.
• Monitor room availability, booking patterns, and reservation status to support occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Ensure reservation records and guest profiles are accurately maintained in the PMS.
• Handle group inquiries, corporate bookings, and travel trade requests per guidelines.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and booking-related issues, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and compliance with policies and reservation procedures.
• Prepare reservation reports, booking forecasts, and administrative documentation as required.
• Support departmental goals through teamwork and exceptional guest service.
