Job summary

Neatly in Dubai is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant / Guest Relations Coordinator to support holiday homes and short-term rentals. You will manage guest communications and reservations across Airbnb and Booking.com, handling bookings from inquiry to check-out.

This role requires independence, Dubai holiday-home operations knowledge, and strong English; evenings/weekends availability and ability to manage multiple properties and conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience as VA for holiday homes / short-term rentals (required).
• Experience handling guests and properties in Dubai preferred.
• Hands-on Airbnb and Booking.com experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service and problem solving.
• Able to handle several properties and conversations at once.
• Works independently and takes ownership of guest issues.
• Flexible for evenings and weekends when needed.
• Knowledge of UAE / Dubai holiday-home operations is advantageous.

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant / Guest Relations Coordinator who has already supported holiday homes, short-term rentals, Airbnb or Booking.com properties in Dubai. This is not an entry-level role: you should already know the day-to-day of Dubai holiday homes and handle guests independently, from booking to check-out.
