This is an exciting time to be part of GEMS Wellington School (WSQ). WSQ is one of the leading British curriculum schools in Qatar and part of the premium GEMS Education Wellington brand. Due to continued growth, we are delighted to be looking for a dynamic, hard-working and talented individual to join our Secondary Humanities team as teacher of KS3, GCSE and A Level History.

This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with the skills, passion and creativity to contribute to an inclusive, high-performing Humanities department across the secondary school. Candidates should have a passion for their subject area, engage with current pedagogy and have a proven track record of outstanding practice. They must possess a commitment to helping all our students achieve their maximum potential in line with our commitment to evidence-based pedagogy and delivering a broad, challenging curriculum.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a British Curriculum School, an appropriate teaching degree and Qualified Teacher Status.
