Qualifications

• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Food Retail/FMCG is mandatory.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in supply chain, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Must have UAE market experience with knowledge of local suppliers and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire supply chain function covering planning, purchasing, logistics, and distribution.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory accuracy.
