At , we don’t just craft products — we craft narratives that resonate. As our Head of Strategic Communications, you’ll take ownership of the company and founder narrative from end to end. You’ll define the media strategy, drive execution, and ensure the right resources are in place to scale our reach globally.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategy
  • Define the positioning, messaging, and content pillars for both the brand and founder.
  • Develop a robust, integrated media strategy across PR, social, thought leadership, events, and partnerships.
  • Set and manage KPIs focused on reach, engagement, lead generation, and investor interest.
Execution
  • Oversee or produce compelling content aligned with the brand voice and vision.
  • Manage campaign calendars, PR outreach, social and content channels.
  • Work closely with founders to align tone, cadence, and priorities across all communications.
Resources & Growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing network of freelancers, agencies, and creatives.
  • Own the budget, tools, and spend — optimizing for maximum impact.
  • Identify and nurture partnerships that amplify Moontech’s visibility and credibility.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years in strategic communications, brand, or media — ideally in tech or high-growth startups.
  • A proven ability to craft and execute media plans that move the needle.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • A balance of creative storytelling and data-driven strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of PR, content strategy, and executive/founder communications.
