Black & Grey is recruiting for a leading Dubai based logistics and freight forwarding organization is hiring a Head of Sales, Sea Freight. This is a senior commercial mandate to scale ocean freight revenue across key trade lanes, deepen strategic accounts, and build a high performing sea freight sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Grow sea freight revenue across priority trade lanes and customer segments.
  • Win new business through strong market intelligence and a consistent pipeline.
  • Lead rate, contract, and commercial negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Own key accounts and executive relationships to protect and expand revenue.
  • Build, coach, and performance manage a strong sales team.
  • Drive forecasts, KPIs, budgeting, profitability, and clean reporting.
  • Work closely with operations to protect service levels and client experience.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in logistics sales with strong sea freight and freight forwarding exposure.
  • Proven leadership track record in building teams and delivering targets.
  • Strong commercial instincts, negotiation strength, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
