Job summary

The National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) seeks a senior leader to drive the Priority Banking segment in the UAE. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers, align with regional and branch managers, and steer profitability, client acquisition, and portfolio growth.

You will shape propositions, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives to support the bank’s growth objectives in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

15+ years of retail banking experience with 5+ years in Priority Banking.
UAE experience highly desirable.
Experience with product, sales & distribution and people management.

Responsibilities

Lead and expand the Priority Banking segment to drive profitability and growth.
Manage and develop a team of Relationship Managers and coach staff.
Collaborate with Regional and Branch Managers to enhance client engagement.
Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell, and investment sales targets.
Oversee strategic Retail Banking initiatives and projects for growth.
Identify opportunities, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
Support Emiratization by mentoring new joiners and identifying UAE national roles.
