• Lead Priority Banking segment with P&L and budget responsibility.
• Manage Relationship Managers and liaison with regional/branch managers.
• Deliver strategic retail projects including dashboards and MIS.
• Drive NTB/NTP sourcing and cross-sell across products.
• Improve processes, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
