Job summary

National Bank of Bahrain in the UAE seeks a senior corporate relationship manager to build and manage relationships with medium to large corporate and institutional clients, driving acquisition, retention and income across assets, liabilities and cash management products.

You will promote high-quality sales standards, analyze markets, coordinate with Middle Office, manage credit facilities processes, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline is required.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5-6 years of practical experience in a bank with 3 years in the same or similar function.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with medium to large corporate and institutional clients.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and income generation from assets, liabilities and cash management products.
• Promote high-quality sales and marketing standards for the bank's products and services.
• Assess market trends and competitors to attract new clients and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Middle Office on credit facilities and CA packages in line with policies.
• Manage complex relationships independently under supervision and protect bank interests.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML procedures and disclosures to clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
