Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior relationship and origination professional to manage a portfolio of large, sensitive clients, originate NTBs, and drive revenue while maintaining credit quality and client satisfaction.

You will lead a cross-functional team, perform in-depth client and market analysis, originate new business across banking products, and collaborate with stakeholders to close deals responsibly in line with risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills.
• Experience in wholesale or investment banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis on clients and geographies to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products.
• Examine and resolve credit, market, and operational risks in collaboration with product teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue while ensuring credit quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-BU opportunities and ensure timely deal closure.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and banking policies across the portfolio.
