Job summary

Emirates Islamic in Dubai seeks a Customer Service Associate for Priority Banking to provide end-to-end service to Priority Banking clients. You will support Relationship Managers by handling queries, requests and processing, ensuring priority service at Priority Centers.

You will address complaints, aim for First Contact Resolution, follow up through resolution, and ensure customers hold at least 5 products while adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School or Bachelor degree.
• Relevant experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end customer service to Priority Banking customers as per bank TATs.
• Assist Relationship Managers by owning servicing requirements and processing activities.
• Ensure Priority Centers service is prioritized for customers and requests.
• Address complaints and provide First Contact Resolution where possible.
• Follow up until the customer complaint is resolved and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure a positive experience.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to safeguard bank interests.
• Report any discrepancies to management.
• Cross-sell to Priority Banking customers and ensure each has 5 products.

Job Responsibility:

The primary purpose of this job is :

• Provide end to end customer service to Priority Banking customers as per bank TAT’s
• Assist the Relationship Managers to whom he/she is tagged by taking ownership of all servicing (queries, requests, complaints, application processing, etc.) related requirements of the customers under the RM’s portfolio. Along with supporting processing customer applications/ system requests etc.
• Ensure customers visiting the Priority Centers are serviced on priority with their requests/complaints
• Address customer complaints & provide First Contact Resolution where ever possible
• Ensure end to end follow up till the customer complaint is resolved and escape when necessary
• Follow-up with customer post complaint resolution ensuring customer experience
• Adherence to applicable policies & procedures to safeguard bank’s interests
• Report discrepancies to management
• Ensure cross sell to each Priority Banking customer and ensure no Priority Banking customers have less than 5 products with the bank
