Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager for Priority Banking Proposition to lead the development and commercialization of customer value propositions and segment design. You will coordinate with Product, Digital, Analytics, Marketing, IT, and Frontline teams to deliver market-leading experiences and commercial outcomes.

The role focuses on data-driven growth, governance, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition, portfolio deepening, and TRB growth in Priority Banking.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical skills to interpret large datasets and derive insights.
• Strong financial modelling and business case development.
• Proven ability to design propositions and customer journeys.
• Experience with digital initiatives and governance in banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and commercialization of Priority Banking propositions.
• Coordinate across Product, Digital, Analytics, Marketing, IT, Operations and Compliance.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention while optimizing profitability.
• Create MIS dashboards and management reports to track performance.
• Manage partnerships and vendor agreements to deliver value.
• Oversee governance, policies, and cross-functional projects.
