Job summary

Amazon in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Sales Manager for the ISV Sales Organization covering the MENAT region. You will lead a team of sales managers, drive revenue growth with AWS customers, and represent AWS in the field to secure lighthouse wins and expand market share within enterprise software ecosystems.

You will engage CxO/VP level executives, collaborate with pre‑sales and product teams, and implement programs aligned to strategic objectives.

Qualifications

10 years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
5 years of sales management experience.
Experience in management of large complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
Director level experience is required.

Responsibilities

Interact with CxO/VP level of leading software companies to develop pipeline, secure lighthouse wins and drive top‑line revenue.
Define and execute a strategy that differentiates AWS ISV EMEA in the market.
Collaborate with pre‑sales, service line leaders, product specialists, field marketing managers and partner account managers to build a cohesive team culture.
Implement sales programs that drive results against key strategic objectives.
Provide a presence in the field to the team and market by engaging with customers and speaking at industry events.
Maintain a bar‑raising sales culture focused on developing people, delighting customers and delivering results.
Present accurate forecasts and write clear business reviews describing district sales initiatives, market insights, key wins, losses and competitive insights.
