Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dubai seeks a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to drive data-driven decisions and operational excellence across the Middle East region.

You will combine hands-on analytics with business systems to support Sales Leaders, build scalable processes, and deliver insights that improve field productivity and revenue forecasting.

Strong experience with Excel, CRM and BI tools, plus ability to present to senior leadership, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales operations or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives to optimize sales productivity in the Middle East region.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR to implement scalable processes.
