Job Overview:

We seek a highly experienced and qualified Head of Finance & Accounts to join our team. As the HOD Finance & Accounts you will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial and accounting operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies policies and procedures to ensure the companys financial goals are met
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements budgets and financial reports
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management
  • Manage the companys cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors suppliers and employees
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team providing guidance support and training as needed
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks financial institutions and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decisionmaking.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors
Qualifications:
  • CA/ACCA/CMA Qualified
  • Minimum of 1215 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a technology telecom or construction company preferably having contracting business
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
