Job Summary

The Senior Manager / Associate Director - Asset Management – MENA will be responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of approximately 50 leased properties across the Middle East and North Africa. The role ensures alignment with the client’s business objectives, optimizes portfolio performance, and delivers cost efficiency while managing risks across multiple jurisdictions. This is a seasoned, self-starter role requiring strong transaction management, stakeholder engagement, and market knowledge, with direct accountability to the EMEA leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility and single point of contact for year-on-year program of acquisitions, disposals, subleases, closures, and renewals in accordance with a Multi-Year Plan
  • With support of regional team, own the timely and accurate maintenance of the portfolio tools
  • Liaising with, and understanding business drivers of and advising senior stakeholders
  • Ensure that all Asset Management activities are delivered in line with the client standards and procedures
  • Working closely with the finance team, validate that landlord payments are made in line with contractual agreements and regularly updated in a timely manner
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all asset management activities comply with client standards, local laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and validate landlord payments and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Report regularly to EMEA leadership on portfolio performance, risks, and strategic opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 7+ years in the real estate industry and 5+ years in a managerial position
  • A candidate with a recognized international CRE (RICS / MCR) or local real estate qualification will have a distinct advantage
  • Commercial Lease Transaction Experience
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English and relevant local language
