Ontime Healthcare is on the lookout for an experienced Gypsum Carpenter to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and finishing gypsum boards and other related materials in both residential and commercial projects, ensuring our high standards of quality and craftsmanship are met.
Responsibilities: Install gypsum board and other wall systems in accordance with project specifications.
Measure, cut, and shape gypsum to fit around windows, doors, and other openings.
Finish gypsum surfaces through taping, mudding, and applying texture as required.
Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for optimal functioning.
Consult with project managers and clients to confirm project requirements and timelines.
Adhere to safety protocols and building regulations during all work processes.
Ensure project cleanliness and proper disposal of material waste.
Proven experience as a Gypsum Carpenter with a strong ability to work with gypsum board and related materials.
Knowledge of installation techniques for various gypsum systems and finishing methods.
Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in different environments.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
