Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer for the Communication Center to deliver excellent and consistent service to guests. You will support smooth operations within the Communications Center and contribute to overall Rooms Division performance.

The ideal candidate has hospitality exposure, strong customer service and communication skills, and a professional demeanor to handle guest requests efficiently while maintaining Hyatt standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
