Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Reservation to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. You will support the reception area within the Rooms Division to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or tourism management qualification, with at least two years of hotel operations experience, and possesses strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
