Hyatt Regency Dubai is looking for a Guest Services Officer - Front Office to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests and ensure a smooth reception within the Rooms Division.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or tourism management qualification and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
